Duties:
Oversees and participates in repairs and improvements to facilities as needed.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters who construct, renovate and maintain structures of wood and other building materials to ensure safety and quality in the performance of assigned tasks.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other workers.
Estimate and purchase tools, materials, equipment and supplies as necessary to perform assigned duties and tasks.
Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.
Train or arrange for training of workers.
Ensure standards for safe working conditions are followed
