Beverage Server (NOC 6513) will have to perform all of these duties:
- Greet the customers, present menus on their tables, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages as asked.
- Take the orders at the table and inform it to the kitchen staff and the beverages to the Beverage section.
- Serve food in a pleasant manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty foods at customers' tables as per the order.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards.
- Promote and provide menu items like daily special or occasion special for customers.
- Make sure the tables and desks are clean and tidy all the time, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
- Pick the empty dishes from the table in timely manner and present good customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education
- The employment is full time and permanent.
- No experience required.
