Job Description:

 

• Manage staff, assign duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
• Plan budgets and monitor revenue and expenses

 

Education: High School

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Language: English

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible
