Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 6211)

 

 

We are looking to hire for a full-time, permanent position for our busy Cirlce K store. The duties and responsibilites include:

1. Supervise and co-ordinate staff and cashiers
2. Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules
3. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
4. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise and the requirement as per the headquarters.
5. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
6. Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff and monitor and report on performance
7. Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
8. May perform the same duties as workers supervised
9. May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
