Job Description:
- Scheduling transportation crews and routes
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Recruit and hire staff
- Arrange training for staff
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Conduct performance reviews, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Resolve work-related problems
- Coordinate, assign and review work, Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Requirements:
- Complete of High Secondary School is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience in logistics or related field is required
- Ability to handle 5 to 10 people
- Fluent English communication skill is required
