STORE MANAGER

• Employer: TripleZ Grocery Inc
• Wage: $31.55 /hour
• Position Available: 2
• Type: Full time, Permanent
• Working hours: 40 hours/week
• Benefits: 10 days paid vacation (or 4% vacation fee of gross income)

2) Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum  relevant working experience and capable to supervise 3 ~ 4 people
• Completion of College or Diploma
• Language at work: English

3) Main job duties:

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the Store;
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Determine merchandise to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
• Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
