The company has over 500 employees and is located in the beautiful Gaspé region.   • Laborers report to production supervisors. Depending on the department to which they are assigned, their main responsibilities include:
  • Molding and/or unmolding blades
  • Trimming, cutting, sanding and/or repairing blades
  • Assembling components according to specifications
  • Preparing and/or finishing blades
  • Respecting specific occupational health and safety standards
  • Meeting manufacturing quality objectives

Education and skill:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six (6) months of work experience in manufacturing or a similar field could compensate for education
  • Fluent in spoken English or French

Terms of employment:

  • 12 hour shifts (alternating 36 and 48 jour weeks)
  • Language of work: French or English
  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited, reference verification and background check
  • Must have unrestricted Canadian work authorization, or obtain work authorization in the short term


  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Highly competitive wages ($18.55/hr)
  • Day, night, and weekend schedules
  • Premiums for night (1.40$/hr), weekend shifts premiums (1.00$/hr) and flexibility premiums (0.75$/hr)
