Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate and monitor the work of the spa therapists
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the spa
- Arrange work schedules and procedures
- Carefully study all spa services, products and treatments so you can train spa therapists under your supervision
- Make sure all spa therapists are aware of the company’s health and safety procedures;
- Solve issues relating to work and prepare and submit reports
- Request spa products, supplies and equipment;
- Carry out inspections on treatment rooms and other spa’s areas to ensure it's clean, tidy, and the products are adequately stocked.
- Conduct test and checks on the equipment and facilities and notify maintenance staff of any issues
- Track the quality of the services performed to assure outstanding customer service and enhance customer loyalty.
- Seek to solve any customer complaints before reporting them to the Spa Manager;
- Plan and control budget and inventory
Required Education & Experience;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa establishment is required;
- At least 1 year of management experience required;
- Completion of high school diploma is mandatory;
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills;
- Advanced English language knowledge;
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Great organisational skills, ability to solve conflicts and attention to detail
Pay Rate/ Salary: CAD$23.5
