Marshall’s Farm is currently looking for a full-time Wholesale Trade Manager to join our team. The wholesale trade manager will be responsible for overseeing all wholesale operations and developing wholesale strategies on behalf of our farm. Our farm is located at 43025 Vedder Mountain Road, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 5J8.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 35-40 hours per week

Wage: 31 dollars per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Job Duties:

• Oversee all wholesale activities and establish wholesale strategies to meet company’s wholesale targets
• Determine company’s standard operating procedures on all wholesale activities
• Collect data on previous and current market trends to analyze buyers’ demand in domestic and foreign market
• Select farm products for wholesale purposes
• Negotiate with potential buyers to determine pricing and shipment policies
• Maintain long-term working relationship with clients
• Hire, train and schedule sales staff
• Implement marketing strategies to support all wholesale operations
• Main accurate business record for management review

  

Job Requirements:

• A degree or diploma is required for this position
• At least 3 years of work experience        
• Strong time management and organization skills
