Wages: $25.00 Hourly

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (at-least 40 hours per week)

Language: English

Experience: At-least 1 year of work experience required in a similar role or administrative job

Job Description:

  • Direct day to day office operations, evaluate, implement and supervise office procedures & assist the management in developing and implementing new procedures
  • Supervision and coordination of office support staff and ensuring proper allocation of tasks to the office staff
  • Delegate work to other office staff and make sure procedures are followed
  • Provide assistance to the Finance and Administrative Support Team
  • Analyze administrative operations related to budgeting and project planning
  • Co-ordinate & Manage office equipment, supplies, parking, office security etc.
  • Maintain various records and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the senior management regarding various management processes like budgeting, contracting etc
  • Prepare operational budget reports and other meaningful reports for senior management
  • Perform light accounting/bookkeeping duties and any other administrative duties as directed by the management, if required
