Job Description:
- Supervise work of another employees and co-ordinate with them.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to the other employees.
- Recruit and train new staff and monitor their performance.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
- Resolve issues such as supply shortages and other work related issues.
- Create reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personal matters.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as per requirement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Make sure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.
- Assist customers with their questions and address their problems and complaints
- Perform the other duties as workers supervised when necessary
- Responsible for opening and closing the store as per key holder duties (as required)
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
1-2 years of related experience
