Must posses a minimum of 3 years expereince supervising kitchen and staff.

  • Culinary education or diploma as asset.
  • Hands on day to day operations and managing of kitchen.
  • Preapre and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Plan menus, determine portion size, estimate food requirements and costs.
  • Monitor and order supplies.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas and maintain high standards for upkeep, storing and sanitation.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers and manage performance.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Maintian the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and front areas.
  • Able to lift upto 20kgs and stand for long periods of time.
