Pay: $ 25.50 per hour (Paid vacation of 10 calendar days each year)

Location of Work: Scarborough, Ontario

Duties:

• Manage trailers/drivers with supervisors
• Utilize sequencing report to prioritize shipments
• Responsible for training new drivers about the company policies
• Manage Critical Inbound list co-ordinate trailers to be brought over from the yard
• Investigate short shipment items — notate shipping documents
• Prepare and verify inbound/outbound documents prior to load closure
• Work with yard supervisor on trailer verification/Prioritize shunt moves
• Daily appointment file management
• Establish work schedules
• Communicate with the client when required
• Respond to all email requests- POD requests, shipment verification times, appointment requests
• Deal with operators at the warehouse window
• Some filing and light duties

Requirements:

• Secondary School Completion
• One to seven months of work experience in a related field.
