Job Duties
• Preparing the Pizzas out of our menu and based on the Custom orders.
• Baking of wide variety of pizza dough, different types of pizza crust and cheese stuffing.
• Maintaining a clean cooking station and sterilization of equipment.
• Maintaining the inventory and keeping the records of food and supplies.
• Planning the menu and determining the size of food portions.
• Mixing the ingredients, applying the sauce and the toppings, and preparing other foods like garlic breads or cheese stuffed bread.
• Oversee the kitchen operations and training the kitchen helpers and staff.
• Washing and chopping the vegetables.
