Duties:
- · Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms,
- · Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.
- · Represents the first point of contact with guests.
- · Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
- · Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.
- · Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.
- · Keeping record of room reservations and availability.
