As a Front of House Manager at Catch Hospitality you will be responsible for the following:

Creating an unparalleled guest experience while ensuring a positive environment for all staff members. The Manager will hold accountability for planning, organizing, and directing all guest experience, food and beverage operations, and staff development, while achieving optimal guest satisfaction. Will lead their team and let them shine.

 

Job Details:

Salary: $40.00 / hour

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 35 hours/week

Catch Hospitality Expectations:

  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed as per the company policies.
  • Keep precise daily, monthly, and yearly records of restaurant earnings and expenditures and make the budget reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines
  • Monitoring the revenues and modifying the prices and procedures as per the restaurant policies.
  • Managing and negotiating the arrangements with vendors and suppliers for food and other merchandise supplies.
  • Managing and directing online ordering platforms like SkipTheDishes, DoorDash, and UberEats.
  • Provide coaching, training, and one-on-one sessions to team members in terms of effective customer service procedures.
  • Develop plans to reach a broader customer range, for instance using, promotion coupons discounts, and social media ads.
  • Preparing staff schedules and making sure that enough staff is available for all shifts.
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
  • overseeing and keeping track of stock levels and ordering supplies and inventory.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide recommendations to improve their productivity and professionalism.

Job requirements: 

Languages - English

Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience - 3 to 4 years experience
