Position: Marketing Consultant (1123)

Position Available: 01

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $29.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Location: 206 13049 76 Ave Surrey, BC, V3W 2V7

Job Duties:

• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
• Act as spokesperson for an organization.
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
•  Develop and implement marketing strategies.
•  Answer written and oral inquiries.
• Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services.
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs; Gather, research, and prepare communications material.
•  Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions.
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases.
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.

Job Requirements

Education: High School required, diploma an asset.

Work Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience.

Language: English
