Position: Retail Store Supervisor (6211)

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)
Wage: $22.00 - $ 23.00 per hour, for 37.50 hours per week
Benefits: Relocation Expenses & Medical Insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

Job Duties:
- Forecast, order and stock merchandise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, and personnel matter.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment is always maintained to promote store image.
- Hire and train new staff and prepare work schedules.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School
Work Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience.
Language: English
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
