Specific Skills
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of records management, staff management, and other administrative services
- Develop targets, timelines, and processes to successfully manage administrative tasks and workflows
- Establish policies and procedures for maintenance of administrating relevant records
- Draft and release the company’s resolutions, decisions, and other documents;
- Submit various documents by category to play a role in linking the previous;
- Plan, administer and control budgets for office equipment and supplies
- Implement recruitment, training, and professional development processes for staff
- Organize and supervise office activities such as recycling, purchasing, maintenance and repair, and event planning
Other requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative manager position required
- Completion of a college diploma required, undergraduate degree preferred
- Well-developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven capacity to multi-task and handle a high volume of work to meet deadline
- Aptitude for attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Advanced skill level using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
