4 year accounting/business degree and management training
Successful candiate to live in accommodation provided on resort.
Highly responsible, self motivated professional with strong verifiable financial management skills,
Able to plan, organize and control the operations of a resort operation and oversee expansion plans.
Able to recruit, train and supervise maintenance staff and establish flexible work schedules.
Excellentt public relations skills to retain satisfied holiday makers, rexolve complaints, and provide innovative plans to expand operations and improve profitability of operations.
Plan, organize direct and control the financial, accounting and administrative tasks, including authorization of expenditures and maintenance of accurate financial records,
Knowledge of computer software geared to hospitality industry including coding, and mapping of different software of front office and back office systems. Knowledge of auditing, bookkeeping and finalizing annual audit and tax returns.
Independently prepare resort budget monthly and annually, with capacity to micromanage cash flow and perform cash flow statement to the owner. Ability to implement policy and procedures to improve operations and services.
