We’re searching for the right Account Manager who is committed to relationship building, creative in finding solutions and is a team player.  The right candidate is eager to understand the needs of their customer while supporting all aspects of sales and distribution.

The Role:

  • Be aligned with Hutton’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and creative work environment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty areas to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and monitor customer quotes and buying patterns. Proactively looking for feedback from customers to improve our business.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication to internal company employees across all departments, including manufacturing, logistics and purchasing.
  • Putting the customer first, diligent in building relationships with customers by actively, reaching out via phone, e-mail, or face-to-face touch points.
  • Through working knowledge of account management, you will partner with purchasing, provide appropriate timelines to ensure inventory levels are maintained.

 You’ll need:

  • Ability to travel within the USA and Canada as required (ie Industry Trade Shows)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.  
  • French (would be an asset)
  • Minimum of 2 years account management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Well-developed organization, time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively at fostering good rapport and cooperative working relationships.
