We are looking for a dedicated experienced Security Supervisor for our fastest-growing business.
Job Description
- Must be able to supervise a team of up to 10 security officers.
- Must be able to resolve work-related problems.
- Able to prepare and submit progress and other reports such as incident reports etc.
- Must be able to handle emergencies.
- Must be able to establish work schedules and procedures.
- Must be client-focused and assist guests with special needs.
- Able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Must possess reliability, organized, effective interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Having a college certificate/diploma/degree will be an asset.
- Must have an experience in team leading or supervising for at least 1 year.
- Must be able to possess a BC Security Guard License after joining, if already not have
- A valid Class 5/7 driver's licence is required.
- Must be available for the job as soon as possible
Number of vacancies: 1
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Working conditions: On-call, Overtime, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night
Work Location: Mission, BC, and surrounding areas, On the road job. Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required.
