The role of Property administrator at Goldtree Management Inc. will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties in support of managerial and professional employers.
- Rent or lease agreements for properties in a portfolio on behalf of property owners and ensure that lease terms are met
- Organize and administer contracts for the provision of property services, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and alarm systems
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations of buildings for property owners and monitor progress and cost
- Maintain operating expense and income records, prepare reports, and review rents to ensure they are fair
