Salary : 20.00/ Hour; 32 Hours per week

Experience : Minimum 2 years as caregiver

Work Settings : Retirement Residence
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse; report or record under the supervision of a nurse
- Monitor fluid intake and output; observe or monitor patients' status
- Document patient care on charts; perform other procedures as directed by nursing and hospital staff
- Transport patients by wheelchair
- Carry messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Help inmates for Changing, Bathing, Grooming
- Serve food time to time and feed inmates if necessary
