Restaurant Manager

 

 

This is a full-time permanent position (35-40 hours per week) with a salary of $20 per hour. The store is located at Bathurst St and Rutherford Rd., Thornhill, ON L4J 8W1.

The restaurant manager is expected to perform the following duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures/ prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or occasions
