Job Title: Car Dealership Manager (NOC 0621)

Terms of Employment: 30-40 hours per week, Full-time/ Permanent

Employment conditions: Working hours from 11:00 to 18:00

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $32.00 per hour

Overtime: 1.5 times the regular pay for every hour exceeding 40hrs/week

Benefits:  As per company policy

Vacation Pay: 10 days paid vacation per year

Job  Duties:

• Carry out daily dealership operations.
• Coordinate and plan for dealership requirements such as equipment, supplies, parking arrangements
• Discover the requirements of the staff, recruit and train them.
• Assemble the data and prepare reports to review.
• Attend walk-in customers and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the demand of the customers and market.
• Locate, select, buy, and bring around the vehicles for resale.
• Attend customer complaints and settle them for better customer satisfaction.
• Inspection of parking lot cars for the repair and maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales team to plan, reach sales targets and implement the marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree is required.

Experience:

• 5 or more years experience in a supervisory role in retail, wholesale, dealership, or related field  is required.

Language:

• Ability to communicate in oral and written English is required
