Job Duties:
- Respond to any incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Take messages off the phone and transfer calls to the proper department.
- Perform check-in and check-out of guests.
- Make room reservations, cancellations, confirmations, and registrations based on guest requests.
- Receive payments via card and cash after posting charges to the room.
- Record and maintain up-to-date record sheet, guest accounts and receipts using computerized or manual systems.
- Welcome visitors and treat them with exceptional customer service.
- Make sure the front desk is tidy, well-kept, and stocked with everything it needs, including pens, forms, and paper.
- Review and execute the daily duties assigned by Manager.
