Job Title: Administrative assistant - office
Job Type: Full time and Permanent
Job Timings: Daytime and fixed( 30-40 hrs for sure)

Job Duties
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls,answer emails, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings in offce and with clients
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Comiitted to Organize the paper mails and office bills as soon as arriver.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Arrange, schedule office events and make reservations
- Help supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
- Supports office by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifiaction
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative or a receptionist role is required
- Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required but Post-secondary education will be preferred
Key Requirments
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and ability to analyze
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively within an office environment
