Job description:

 

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00 per hour for 35 - 44 hours per week

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Location: 129 King Street, St Catharines

Job Duties:

• Preparing food ingredients (meats, vegetables, rice, noodles, etc.) according to recipes;

• Cooking food items using a "teppan" - a flat iron plate/griddle to cook (broil, fry, grill, pan-fry) food;

• Ensuring food in good quality and taste;

• Serving food in a suitable portion;

• Paying attention to kitchen and food service areas;

• Maintaining inventory of food supplies; and

• Cleaning kitchen and work areas
