What you will be doing?

  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and arrange transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel.
  •  Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
  •  Ensure compliance with the federal, state and local employment laws, including affirmative
  • actions.
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting policies and strategies.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and
  • advertisements, and collect and screen applications.

 

You Will: In this role you will  be doing a combination of recruiting and HR compliances work to deliver the staffing solutions on our short-term and long-term projects for both contracts and permanent positions.


We will prepare you to:

  • Source candidates using a variety of creative techniques
  • Interview candidates
  • Manage HR compliances
  • Create detailed notes and assessments for each candidate in our database
  • Build strong candidate relationships and be the candidate’s main point of contact
  • Build strong client relationships through cold calling and consultations to fulfill their needs
  • Manage the full placement cycle from start to finish (ie, set up interviews with clients, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding)
  • Develop expertise in specialized market areas and verticals

You Bring:

  • A Graduate Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting, preparing offers, contracts, advertising positions, screening resumes and interviewing along with doing filework for basic compliances.
