You Will: In this role you will be doing a combination of recruiting and HR compliances work to deliver the staffing solutions on our short-term and long-term projects for both contracts and permanent positions.
We will prepare you to:
- Source candidates using a variety of creative techniques
- Interview candidates
- Manage HR compliances
- Create detailed notes and assessments for each candidate in our database
- Build strong candidate relationships and be the candidate’s main point of contact
- Build strong client relationships through cold calling and consultations to fulfill their needs
- Manage the full placement cycle from start to finish (ie, set up interviews with clients, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding)
- Develop expertise in specialized market areas and verticals

You Bring:

- A Graduate Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting, preparing offers, contracts, advertising positions, screening resumes and interviewing along with doing filework for basic compliances.
