Job Duties:

• Experience with working with wok is mandatory
• Prepare, season and cook food as listed on the menu, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Review the menu regularly and make recommendations for new items and ingredients
• Determine size of food portion and monitor the inventory of food
• Check and monitor the quality of cooked products
• Oversee kitchen operations and helpers
• Assist in new helpers training
• Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices
