General Construction Labour (Asphalt)

We are currently looking to hire Five (05) full-time General Construction Labourers to add to our Paving Team!
Work Location: Required to work at various sites as per the business contracts with business based at 93004-5331 Headland Drive, West Vancouver, BC - V7W 3G4
Responsibilities:
- Be reliable and capable of working with other workers on the crew
- Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials
- Grade area using a shovel and rake, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment
- Lift, hold and carry supplies, tools, and materials
- Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment
- Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment
- Must be a team player, follow safety protocols and follow all company safety policies.
- Must be willing to work outdoors, summer months under hot and high temperatures.
Requirements:
- No formal education or experience is required. Any previous related experience would be considered an asset.
- Basic English

Remuneration:
- $18 - $25 hourly depending on skill set and experience.
- Avg. 30-40 hours/week
