Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine and formulate policies and provide overall direction of the Company.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the Company’s financial activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Analyze operations to evaluate performance and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
- Direct, plan and implement policies, objectives, and activities to ensure continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and increase productivity.
- Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs.
- Responsible for ensuring proper staffing levels at each client location.
- Train and supervise the employees.
Required Education & Experience;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in leading construction (drilling) projects;
- Ditch Witch Certified Training (HDD) is mandatory.
- High school graduation is mandatory
- A (R) license is mandatory.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Blueprint reading skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-up, and carry multiple projects through to completion.
- Extensive practice in areas of construction management, construction practices, and QA.
Pay Rate/ Salary: CAD$47 per hour
