Multani family in Langley is looking for a full time caring, loving, and responsible and a patient caregiver for their 2 children who are 7 year old, and 9 Years old. The caregiver will be working at their residence located in Langley, BC, V2Z 2S2

Job Designation: Child Caregiver

Language Preference: English

Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School or equivalent. Course in Child Care will be an asset.
Work Setting: Employer’s Home

Wage:  C$19.00/ hr

Experience: Not mandatory

Job duties

• Supervise the children at the employer’s house when parents are away.
• Prepare and serve healthy meals tailored to the children dietary needs and preference.
• Take full responsibility of the home hold in the absence of the parents.
• Keep the room of the children neat and organized, do laundry according to the employers instructions.
• Pickup the children from school, help with their studies, and drop them off for extracurricular or activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment within the home. Teaching the children personal Hygiene.
• Support the emotional well-being of children and foster their social development
• Encourage cleanliness and hygiene through the house.
• Provide age related education training by planning activities like games, outing to parks or garden, craft and reading.

 

Please note no smoking is allowed in or around our house and we seek strictly a non-smoking person.

WAGES & BENEFITS:

• Full time and permanent position, works 40 hrs. per week
• Vacation pay of 4% of wages per year or 10 days paid vacation.
