Personal information such as Resumes, Job postings, Personal contact, financial information all types of advertisements and so on will be protected by the relevant acts and regulations relating to this type of activities.
DisableJobsCanada.ca does not use or disclose your personal information without your consent, except where required or allowed by law.
Information we collect
DisableJobsCanada.ca requests certain information from you if you choose to be registered as a user of this site (“Registration, Employee Registration and Employer Registration”).
We never save your financial information on our server or our office. All the financial transactions with DisableJobsCanada.ca maintain through our Canadian payment processing company.
Sometimes, we may ask you to provide us with general information (“User Information”) about you to assist us in meeting your various needs or to better understand the requirements, profiles and experience of our site visitors. If you have any reservation of accessing your information by employers, recruiters, human resource professional and other registered user of the site, please do not register with us. DisableJobsCanada.ca makes every effort through contractual means and through the use of user IDs and passwords to restrict those who have access to our Resumé database from using Resumés other than for the purpose of fulfilling a job posting. However, we cannot guarantee that all employers, recruiters and other persons with access will adhere to the limitations that we impose on them, or that unauthorized persons will not gain access to the database. If at any time you would like your Resumé removed from our site, you may do so by using the “delete resumé” function located Employee Login module. However, employers, recruiters and others who have subscribed for access to the Resumé database, or for whose job posting you may have applied, may already have retained a copy of your Resumé in their own systems and databases.
Improper Use of Personal Information
Retention of Information
You may choose to delete your Resumé from our records at any time. Certain Registration Information regarding your account with us will normally be retained in our database such as your name, contact address, phone numbers, email address and postal code etc..
As a part of our record retention practices and policies, if you email us at contact@DisableJobsCanada.ca to remove your information, we will erase all of your personal information upon request, including your Registration Information and account. If your personal information is ever to be used to make a decision about you it will be retained long enough to allow you access to the information after the decision has been made.
All personal information destroyed or erased from our records is done so securely with due regard to the sensitivity of the information.
This site is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 16.
We do not collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent, except where required or permitted by law and DisableJobsCanada.ca services update.

Access and Accuracy and Update of Personal Information
Your personal information is located on a secured servers located in Toronto, ON and Vancouver, BC, Canada.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is appropriate for its purposes and to minimize the possibility that inappropriate information may be used to make a decision about you.
DisableJobsCanada.ca provides you with the means to access, update or edit the Registration Information and certain other personal information you have provided to us at any time on your own by visiting to DisableJobsCanada.ca site and changing your Registration Information and other personal information as desired. We ask that you regularly login to the site and update your personal information and in particular your contact information to ensure its accuracy.
You can update or delete your Resumé at any time by logging on to the site and making the required changes. However, employers, recruiters and others who subscribe to the Resumé database or for whose job posting you may have applied, may already have retained a copy of your Resumé in their own systems and databases.
You may similarly contact us to address errors or omissions relating to your personal information by emailing contact@DisableJobsCanada.ca. DisableJobsCanada.ca does not share your identifiable personal information with any third party.
Where DisableJobsCanada.ca considers it appropriate, having due regard to the sensitivity of the particular information that we collect, use or disclose, DisableJobsCanada.ca uses encryption or authentication tools, among other methods, practices and procedures, to protect certain your personal information irrespective of which format it is stored in. Our practices and procedures for safeguarding your information are regularly reviewed.
It is important that you keep your User ID and password information secure and that you not share it with anyone, in order to safeguard your personal information on our Site.
There are occasionally fraudulent emails targeting individuals who the perpetrators believe might be registered users of this site. We never send an email which requests users to visit a Web page or place a call and provide their user ID, password or any personal information. We will never ask you to confirm your user ID or password via email until you ask us to do any special or specific request.
