Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor grinding, mixing, or blending processes to maintain consistent product quality.
• Start, stop, and monitor flour milling machines to process grains into flour.
• Maintain accurate records of production data such as volume, weight, proportions, and packaging dates.
• Manage specialized machines for packing flour into cartons.
• Ensure products compliance with company policies & regulations.
• Monitor milling process to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Adjust machine settings to get correct flour quality.
• Identify minor machine faults and report major issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules and factory guidelines.
• Perform routine cleaning of machines, tools, and work areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Job Requirements:
• No formal education is required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Minimum 3 - 6 months of experience in the same occupation is required.
