About the Role
Pride Group Logistics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatch Logistician to join our growing operations team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of goods, timely dispatch of personnel, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and transportation teams.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operational logistics

Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders

Schedule assignments and coordinate vehicle operators, crews, and equipment

Track, follow up, and complete work orders

Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units

Consult with production supervisors to schedule cost- and time-efficient production runs

Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings

Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper functioning

Resolve operational issues and recommend improvements to productivity and quality

Prepare and submit operational and performance reports

Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory levels
Requirements
-
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
-
1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations coordination

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site logistics environment

Clear communication skills in English

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends when required
