Restaurant Manager

 

 

Wage: $36.60 per hour

 

Employment Type: Full time, permanent (35 hours per week)

 

Language: English

 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

 

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking

 

Personal Suitability: Team player

 

Specific Skills:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of retaurant as per Mucho Burrito franchise guidelines
• Implement operational procedures including new Menu item launches and Limited Time Offerings
• Recruit staff via online ad placements and oversee training of new staff members
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Maintain contact with Mucho Burrito BC Business Consultants to ensure franchise guidelines and operations are being met accordingly
