Job Description:
1 vacancy for an operations manager is available for our busy restaurant.
Salary: 36.50 hourly / 35 hours per week/ Full time/ Permanent
must have a flexible schedule and be available to work Evening, Flexiblehours, Morning, Weekend

Tasks:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Evaluate daily operations
-Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules- Supervise staff
- Train staff- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operationalprocedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
Job Requirements:
Education: college or equivalent experience
Experience: at least one year experience in a supervisory, management, or related position in restaurant, café, bakery, catering, or hospitalitybusiness.
