Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, servers, and food counter attendants during daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure food preparation and service follow Boston Pizza standards for quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance to maintain efficient service during peak dining hours.
- Train new employees on workplace procedures, food safety, and customer service practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, beverages, and supplies and report shortages when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure proper coverage during busy periods.
