Salary: 60,000 to 65,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 30 to 35 hours per week

Job Requirements
Languages:
English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Tasks

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the Domino’s Pizza store, including food preparation and delivery services.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff such as pizza makers, customer service representatives, and delivery drivers
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce Domino’s policies and service standards.
  • Supervise and support team members, shift coordinators, and assistant managers to achieve operational goals
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient labour utilization during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Maintain responsibility for restaurant financial performance, including profit and loss management, cost control, and budgeting
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to Domino’s operational guidelines.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving service issues, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
