Job Description:
- Develop, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure efficiency of Hotel operations; including setting guidelines for reservations and maintenance work.
- Manage budget to ensure financial stability.
- Track revenues and expenses, adjust financial plans as needed.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Help in setting pricing and promotional strategies to attract guests.
- Arranging quotations and engage with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
- Hire and manage staff and ensure they receive proper training and assign work schedule.
- Oversee employee performance, provide guidance, and maintain a productive and efficient team for excellent customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Investigate issues, provide solution and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining hotel policies.
- Be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
