Tasks:
Estimate cost of projects
Prepare detailed specifications
Create interior spaces that reflect clients’ needs and tastes
Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
Advise on selection of colours, finishes and materials,lighting, furniture and other items, taking into accountergonomic and occupational health standards
Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safetyrequirements and purpose of space
Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangement ofwalls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures
Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detaileddrawings
Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made
