Tasks:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Post journal entries
- Keep tracking of revenue, expenses and expense reports
- Manage accounting records, making sure it is always up to date and consistently accurate
- Handle time-tracking and payroll so that the employee, contractors and the CRA are always paid on time and accurately
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
