Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook cold dishes, appetizers, and pastries according to standardized recipes.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines for cold food preparation and storage.
  • Assist in inventory management for cold kitchen and pastry ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and cold kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with the Cold Dish & Pastry Chef to ensure consistent quality and timely preparation.
