We are seeking motivated and dependable Electrician Helpers to join our growing team, where they play an essential role in supporting electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Electrician Helpers assist licensed electricians with the installation of wiring, conduits, fixtures, and electrical equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, handle tools and materials safely, follow technical instructions, and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety. Work is performed at various project sites and may involve assisting with troubleshooting, site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance. Position Description
Position: Electrician Helper
Type of employment: Full-Time; Permanent
No of positions: 2
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Work Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland Region (BC) as per company’s contracts
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $29:00 to $31.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Job Responsibilities
• Assist electricians in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and electrical specifications to support project requirements.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install electrical conduits, cables, and wiring under the supervision of licensed electricians.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and related equipment.
• Pull wires through conduits and openings in walls and floors and assist with cable terminations.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing materials, and ensuring job sites remain safe and efficient.
• Support troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems and equipment under the direction of qualified electricians.
• Collaborate with supervisors, electricians, and other tradespersons to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and schedules.
• Monitor inventory of materials and assist in maintaining adequate supplies for ongoing projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition and report any defects or safety concerns.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, electrical codes, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with renovation, upgrade, and repair projects involving existing electrical systems and components.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment as required.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned to support overall electrical operations and project completion.
Qualification & Requirements
• Previous experience in electrical, construction, or a related trade would be an asset; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, equipment, and safe work practices would be an asset.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various indoor and outdoor construction environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to workplace safety.
