Job Position- Roofing and Siding Manager
Location - Calgary, AB
Work location - On site
Salary - $25 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment - Permanent employment (Full time)
Early morning, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, On call, Day, Weekend, Overtime required

Responsibilities
Tasks
Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure work is completed within established timelines.
Coordinate the activities of employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to maintain efficient workflow.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship meets company quality standards and applicable safety regulations.
Prepare project estimates, monitor budgets, and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
Liaise with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure project requirements are met.
Procure roofing and siding materials and oversee inventory levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing and siding projects from initiation through successful completion.
Identify and resolve operational or job-site issues to minimize delays and maintain project efficiency.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, applicable building codes, and occupational health and safety
legislation.
