We are seeking a motivated Cold Dish & Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing cold dishes, appetizers, and pastries according to the Company’s standardized recipes and quality requirements. This position is suitable for candidates with basic culinary experience, an interest in Chinese cuisine, and a willingness to learn and develop within a structured kitchen environment.

Duties
- Prepare cold dishes, appetizers, and pastries according to standardized recipes and presentation requirements.
- Participate in company-provided training to learn Chinese culinary techniques, product standards, and kitchen procedures.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, presentation standards, and food safety requirements.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory monitoring, and workstation organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to support efficient operations and consistent product delivery.
