Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes: like chicken and beef patties, Burgers, Grilled onions.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Handling food and cooking equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Inspect and clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
