J&J Trading Limited is meat supplier located within GTA. We have been the meat wholesale with fresh quality meat products since 2006. We serve many restaurants and supermarkets across both the GTA and outside of GTA area.

Job Duties

• Cut, debone or trim meat and poultry into specific cuts according to customers’ orders
• grind meat using the slicing machines
• Sharpen and adjust knives and powered grinders and slicing machines on a daily basis
• Receive, inspect, and manage different kinds of meats inventory upon delivery
• Ensure the proper temperature of refrigerators and freezers for storing different kind of meats
• Properly clean and sanitize the cutting equipment and work stations to maintain health and sanitation standards in accordance to the guideline of Health Canada

Additional pay: Overtime Pay

Schedule: 6-8 hour shift

Work Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Education Requirement: Secondary School Graduation

Job Experience: 1 Year (Preferrable) Will provide on site job training

Work Site Environment: Odours, Cold/refrigerated, Noisy
